NEVER allow anyone to stand in the path of the arms when arms/tarp is damaged. Arms/tarp could come loose allowing the swing arm to freely rotate.
Routinely inspect tarp and swing arms for broken or damaged parts.
DO NOT operate with repaired arms/castings. Repaired arms/castings could fail.
DO NOT operate if parts are broken or damaged. Broken or damaged parts may come loose unexpectedly and allow the arm to rotate with tremendous force. Secure parts and have repairs made IMMEDIATELY.
DO NOT operate if the swing arms fail to rotate freely under normal operation for any reason. Discontinue use until repairs or replacements can be made.
Swing arms rotate under extreme spring tension. DO NOT operate while anyone is standing in the path of the arms.
Tarp MUST be fully covered or uncovered before driving. If not properly positioned (completely covered or uncovered) damage could occur from overhead obstructions.
COVER UNIT – Keep brake handle engaged to provide braking action while releasing (covering) the tarp. If handle is released too soon while covering, damage may occur.
SWITCH
Direction switch operates depending on how it is wired.
REMOTE OPERATION
To operate the remote, disable the safety lock out by pushing both buttons for 2 seconds.
NOTE: After 1 minute of not pushing a button on the remote the safety lock out is activated.
The swing arms rotate under extreme spring tension. Before making any repairs, see repair instructions “Properly Releasing Spring Tension” and properly release spring tension.
Take care repairing systems with broken or damaged parts, including the tarp. Broken or damaged parts could come loose unexpectedly and allow the swing arms to freely rotate with tremendous force. Secure broken or damaged parts until spring tension is released.

This Safety Label part #0920-039001 should be attached to the swing-arm near the springs. To receive a label or replace a damaged label contact Aero Industries Inc.
