Aero Non-D.O.T. Bulkheads are NOT intended to be used as a cargo securement device and DO NOT need to comply with the FMCSA/D.O.T. regulations.

Aero Non-D.O.T. Bulkheads are NOT intended to be used as a cargo securement device and should NOT be relied upon to block forward movement even when the cargo is in contact with the bulkhead.

Drivers and Owners are responsible for complying with the FMCSA/D.O.T. regulations to secure and monitor the cargo load. NOT complying with the regulations to secure and monitor the cargo load could result in death or serious injury.
