Maintenance Recommendation

Maintenance Recommendations

Replace all worn or broken parts immediately.

Minimal maintenance is required for the AeroForce S2S. Individual usage and operating conditions will determine when to check the AeroForce S2S. Aero Industries recommends a weekly inspection of the following items:

  • Inspect Tarp for wear and tears.
  • Inspect Arms for damage (cracked, dented or bent).
  • Fasteners: Make sure that all mounting bolts and screws are in place and tight and that no parts are worn or damaged.
  • Electrical Connections: Check all electrical connections and tighten any that have become loose.
  • Safety Labels: Clean labels with soap and water. Replace if damaged and/or difficult to read.

Replacement parts and instructions may be obtained from your Aero dealer or by contacting Aero Industries.

Inspect tarp and arms for worn or damaged parts. Replace all worn or broken parts IMMEDIATELY.

The swing arms rotate under extreme spring tension. Before making any repairs, see repair instructions “How to Properly Release Spring Tension” and properly release spring tension.

Damaged arms could come loose unexpectedly and allow the arm to rotate with tremendous force. Before making any repairs, see repair instructions “How to Properly Release Spring Tension” and properly release spring tension.

DO NOT unlock the roll stops before releasing the spring tension on the AeroForce S2S. Unlocking the roll stops can cause a rapid release of spring tension.
